Terms & Conditions of Sale
- These terms and conditions constitute a contract between Sax Design Limited and
the purchaser.
- The terms and conditions shall be deemed to come into force on acceptance of an
order by Sax Design Limited whether written or verbal.
- Title of the goods rests with Sax Design Limited until payments have been made in
full.
- The purchaser shall not dispose of the goods to any third party until payments have
been made in full to Sax Design Limited.
- Payments terms are nett 30 days unless agreed in advance with Sax Design Limited.
Sax Design Limited reserve the right to charge interest at 6% above Nat West balance
on all overdue accounts.
- Carriage paid minimum order values are:
- UK Mainland - £175.00
- European - £600.00
- Rest of the World - Will vary according to destination
- Orders below this will be accepted at the descretion of Sax Design Limited and will
be subject to a carriage handling charge of £10.00.
- All shortages and damaged goods must be notified in writing within 7 days.
- Returns will only be accepted at the descretion of Sax Design Limited. Any goods
accepted back for credit by Sax Design Limited that are not faulty will be subject
to a 10% handling charge.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
- A copy of these terms and conditions are available on request and it is implicit
in this contract that the purchaser is aware of these terms and conditions.
